Frequently Asked Question

• A VPN connection is only necessary when you are NOT at a Zuern branch. It will fail if you attempt to connect from within the Zuern network.
  
• It will be necessary to use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for accessing the VPN connection.
• The VPN Client requires the use of the Microsoft Authenticator App, Text message codes will NOT work for VPN access.

Connecting to VPN | Cisco AnyConnect VPN

1- Locate your Cisco application via the search bar OR tool bar

2- VPN application will open. Select Connect

3- Enter log in information (email + computer log in password). Select OK.

4- MFA prompt to Approve log in will pop up on your phone. Select Approve to log in.

5- Once approved/logged in the below confirmation will appear. Select Accept.
